If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.

Personalized and custom-made products are produced for a specific customer, school, or group and generally cannot be returned or exchanged for preference, sizing, or artwork changes after approval. Please review product details, sizes, quantities, spelling, colors, and artwork carefully before approving.
